Product Description

Citric Acid Anhydrous is a tricarboxylic acid widely found in citrus fruits. It is used as an excipient in different pharmaceutical products owing to excellent antioxidant properties. This is ideal for maintaining the stability of active ingredients. It is also used as a preservative and acidulant for controlling the pH level. In addition, it is also used as an anticoagulant in blood. It is provided in colorless, odorless crystal form. This is also used as a food acidity regulator, an antimicrobial agent and a metabolite.
